Shipping policy

APD Designs toy mini bikes are handmade and/or made to order, so processing and shipping times may vary depending on the order.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. APD Designs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of APD Designs’ control.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an approved return is made, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by APD Designs.
